For our office in London we are looking for a motivated

Development Manager

Your responsibilities:

You will be expected to identify and develop large scale advertising opportunities and proactively create growth of our advertising portfolio mainly in London, the South East and the South West of the UK.

Key tasks will include: 

  • Identify and develop new advertising locations in key areas.
  • Research and source building listings in order to identify new leads.
  • Manage landlords and partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and set up contracts with landlords.
  • Support the submissions of advertising planning applications.

Your profile:

We are looking for a tenacious, well presented and passionate candidate, who is confident in dealing with a variety of professionals at all levels both internally and externally. 

You will have:

  • 4+ years of work experience, ideally in an OOH development role.
  • An excellent knowledge of the respective areas.
  • A hands-on approach and like to execute new projects and ideas.
  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & conceptual as well as organisational & project management skills.
